Why use a link PDF

Deliver bundles bigger than Etsy's limits

Etsy lets you attach up to 5 files of 20 MB each. Bigger bundles — high-resolution clipart, wall art in many sizes, video or font packs — are often delivered as a PDF with a cloud link instead. The buyer downloads the PDF from Etsy, clicks the link and gets everything.

  • Share the folder correctly. In Google Drive, set sharing to “Anyone with the link — Viewer”.
  • Test it in a private window before publishing to make sure it opens without signing in.
  • Keep the licence short and clear so buyers know how they can use your files.
